!! URGENT NEED FOR AN PSYCHIATRIC RN AT GLENS FALLS, NY !!
A facility in Glens Falls, NY is looking for an RN for their Psych unit. BLS required. 36 hours but only 24 guaranteed. GFH requires de-escalation training for all units (Welle, CPI or PMCS). *Travelers cannot be a resident of the following counties: Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Albany, Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster**
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
* 12- week assignment
* Start Date : ASAP
* Unit: PSYCH
* Schedule: 07:00 AM-07:30 PM 36 hours/week but only 24 guaranteed
QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 2 years of recent & relevant experience as an Psychiatric RN
* Basic Life Support (BLS)
*GFH requires
de-escalation training
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Gauging patients' psychiatric states.
* Collaborating on psychiatric intervention plans.
* Administering psychotropic and similar medications.
* Monitoring adherence to non-medicinal treatment regimens.
* Removing potentially harmful and triggering environmental features.
* Restraining, consoling, and sometimes medicating highly unsettled patients.
* Recording patients' health journeys and reporting on notable alterations.
* Conducting targeted psychoeducation, particularly within families.
RATES:
Travel Rate | Hourly Rate: $ -
Weekly Taxed Pay $ -
Weekly Stipend $ 1,316.00
Completion Bonus $ 500.00
Weekly gross pay before taxes $ 1,316.00
Local Rate | Hourly Rate: $ 56.50
Weekly gross pay before taxes $ 1,356.00
